Shipping

All orders are delivered using the shipping methods provided by this website. You will receive a confirmation email from our website as soon as you have placed your order. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email, to the email address you registered on our website, with tracking information to track your package. If an order is placed on national holidays or weekends, it will be processed on the following working day.

LIONS & TUTUS makes every effort to dispatch items within 3 working days, however we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates. 
Please note that we cannot make deliveries to P.O. boxes.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, and you have not notified us by email of your request unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the safety seal in tact.

To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase you received with your package.

There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds are granted.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at christina@lionsandtutus.com and send your item to:

Returning your product
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service like DHL or Fedex or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING
1. Greece
The standard shipping cost orders weighing 0-5 kg is 10 €.
For heavy goods (5-20 kg) the shipping cost is 20 €.
For orders over 120 €, the shipping cost is free.

2. Rest of the world
- for orders weighing 0-1 kg, the shipping cost is 20 €
- for orders weighing 1-2 kg, the shipping cost is 30 €
- for heavier orders, the shipping cost is 40 €

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES All prices listed in our site are final and VAT inclusive. Deliveries to non EU countries may be charged for handling fees and taxes as the order passes through customs. Lions and Tutus has no control over these charges. Any duties and taxes applied must be paid by the person receiving the order.
